Refund And Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your use of our platform. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Employer/Freelancer, concerning any services you provide through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

  1. REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS

After the commencement of a Service/Project, the Employer or Freelancer may request a cancellation by emailing us at info@worxhive.com. If there are funds/Credits in the Credit System and the Employer believes that they are entitled to a refund, the Employer can notify us of the cancellation by requesting a refund using the above-mentioned process.

  1. CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Request of a project/service will be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

1) At any point during the development of the project/service if the Freelancer declares that he/she is no longer able to complete the project/service in the way intended by the Employer

2) A milestone completed by the Freelancer is not satisfactory, acceptable or in par with respect to the details/specifications agreed upon by both parties (i.e. the Employer and the Freelancer) at the time of commencement of the project/service

3) The Freelancer fails to complete the project/service within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties (i.e. the Employer and the Freelancer) at the time of commencement of the project/service, and the Employer doesn’t wish to further extend the timeframe anymore but instead decides to cancel the project/service

We may cancel the project from their dashboard. If accepted money is refunded through bank transfer/credit card reversal options. The refund will be completed within 2 months.

We will charge 3% of the service/project cost as a penalty for any cancellation prior to refunding the payment.

  1. REFUND TERMS

Refund for a project/service will be accepted if the Cancellation Request has been accepted and funds/Credits are remaining in the Credit System from the Employer’s payment.

  1. CANCELLATION

As a Service provider you may cancel the services under any of the following circumstances:

  1. At any point during the development of the project/service if you declare that you are no longer able to complete the project/service in the way intended by the Company
  2. A milestone completed by you is not satisfactory, acceptable or in par with respect to the details/specifications agreed upon by the parties at the time of commencement of the project/service
  3. The you fail to complete the project/service within the timeframe agreed upon by parties at the time of commencement of the project/service, and if we do not wish to further extend the timeframe anymore but instead decides to cancel the project/service

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel your services:

  1. if it suspects that you have undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. if it suspects that you have undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
  3. for any reason outside the control of the Company.
